Busy Summer!
It's been a crazy summer. Maria and I bought a place in Greenfield, Iowa to open a gallery for my artwork and for her to take photos. It's called Sorensen Studios Although it's not quite finished being remodeled we're excited to get started. If you're on a visit to the rock or just want to stop by, it is located at the intersection of Hwy 25 and Hwy 92 in Greenfield.
Maria and I were also recently guests of the Sergeants Benevolent Association (NYPD Sergeant's Union) in New York City. We stayed in a nice apartment in lower Manhattan and got to see the sights of New York "VIP" style. Thanks SBA for a great time.

2008 Rock is Finished
The 10th Anniversary Celebration was a great success. A bunch of people coming together to honor those who have served and sacrificed so much. Thank you to all who came to help us celebrate.
This is the completed 2008 freedom/patriotic rock. The front is a tribute to the soldiers in some of our major conflicts, the north side is dedicated to the Viet Nam Veterans and that green helicopter actually has the ashes of 12 different Viet Nam Veterans painted into it. The east side of the rock is a dedication to the Medal of Honor recipients so far in the Global War on Terror. The south side is a tribute to our wounded and disabled veterans and a coalition that helps them Salute America's Heroes.
